Ms. Shashi Bala
Ms. Shashi Bala holds She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. She joined HAPS in 1998 as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of English. She has over 20 years of experience teaching English. She has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of the English Department, Personality Development Officer, Dean of Studies, NSS Program Officer, Cultural In-Charge, and Academic Coordinator.
She has participated in numerous training programs organized by the CBSE Board. She attended an intercultural program at The Millennium School, Dubai. She received Best Teacher awards from Amar Ujala and Chandigarh University. She was recognized by the British Council for integrating an international dimension into education. She participated in the ‘Round Square’ South Asia and Gulf Region Conference. She was honored with the Shiksha Bhushan Award by Shoolini University. She attended a Model United Nations (MUN) event at Emerald Heights School, Indore, through Round Square.
She received appreciation from then-HRD Minister Smriti Zubin Irani for her contribution to students’ lives. She was recognized by the National Anveshika Network of India for promoting innovative science learning. She is committed, in her role as principal, to fostering an educational environment grounded in value-based education, discipline, and academic excellence. She encourages a culture of discipline and integrity, nurturing strong moral foundations as the cornerstone of student success. She envisions guiding students toward holistic development, equipping them with knowledge, leadership skills, and ethical values to excel in future challenges.
