AFS Intercultural Programs

AFS centers in Intercultural Learning. It has been working with young students to achieve the goals of sustainable development .Students get an opportunity of exchange programs that engage them with information, down to earth abilities and understanding expected to impart and team up with individuals of various societies and foundations. Students may likewise get an opportunity to study abroad.
AFS HAPS provides its students a platform to participate in the intercultural programs held from time to time to build intercultural understanding among the participants from different countries and cultures in order to build a just and peaceful world.
Recent Activities:
• Exploring the theme of Internationalism, Anvesha Sharma and Anshika Dhiman of HAPS Hira Nagar and Anvi Jain and Atharv Chauhan of HAPS Vikas Nagar attended a three days AFS Regional Meet at Yadvindra Public School, Mohali. The meet not only provided the students with exposure but also a vision of what internationalism is.
•Gargi and Tanishka participated in a national level virtual poster design contest organised by Jindal Vidya Mandir School,Vidyanagar .
•Prateek and Divyanshi Jatt made it to the finals in a National level virtual Global Impact Challenge organised by Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Kolahpur.
•Anshika Dhiman bagged the first position in a National level photography competition organised by Christwood School, Chennai. Amishi got a participation certificate.
•Rudransh and Divyansh participated in a National level virtual Youth Leadership Challenge.
•Prateek and Anshika participated in the Timesnap Event: Your Journey through ages organised by Miles Bronson Residential School, Guwahati in collaboration with AFS Intercultural Programs India.
•Ankush participated in a national level virtual musical competition –Swaranjali organised by Suchitra Academy, Hyderabad.
•Amishi and Anshika participated in a national level virtual Podcast contest organised by Kothari International School, Pune.
•Prateek, Navya, Ankush, Shubhangi, Anshika and Tejaswini participated in a musical contest organised by Pragya Bodhini High School, Mumbai.
